What
kind of space do the units require?
-This
is the most frequently asked question. All units
require a flat surface that is within 50 feet of a power supply
(exterior outlet
on a house or generator). 12x12 bouncers require an area of 20x20 while
15x15 bouncers require an area of 25x25. Bouncers can be set up on
grass or a
hard surface (concrete or asphalt).
How
many kids can go at one time?
-According
to the manufacturer's specifications, a 15x15 bouncer can hold 8
children up to 8 years old, 6 children 9-12 years old, 4 teenagers, or
3 adults.
A 12x12 bouncer can hold 6 children up to 8 years old, 4 children 9-12,
3 teenagers, or 2 adults. The splish-splash units are one at a time,
and
the manufacturer recommends that riders be between 5 years old and
adult
with a weight limit of 250 lbs. per rider.
Remember:
all units require
constant adult supervision and operation!
Can
the units be used in rainy, inclement weather?

Abosolutely not! The units are electrical and the material becomes
dangerously slick. Units should be taken down immediately in the event
of rain.
Safe
and monitored use
is the only way to have fun!
Is
there a deposit on reservations, and what is the rain policy?
Rentals -
Daily - $50.00 deposit applicable towards
rental.
- Rain
& Heavy Wind Policy (There is no Excessive
Heat Policy)
Daily - Deposit refundable in the event
BOUNCES R US declares it is a
rain
or wind date and the renter then elects to cancel rental.
- Excessive
Heat Policy
Daily - Deposit is non-refundable and will be
credited
towards a future rental, unless cancelled per the terms below.
- Note:
Once the inflatable has
been setup there will be NO REFUNDS

- Cancellations
Cancellations
that occur prior to 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations that occur
within one week are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No Refund or
Credit will be
offered if a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the party is
scheduled. If an emergency
arises, and you need to reschedule your party- call immediately and you
may
be able to avoid the cancellation fees.
