option to suit your needs please call us so we can try to accommodate
your
party needs. Don't forget we offer Open Jump
for
a great inexpensive activity. Absolutely
No Parties are allowed during Open Jump. |

How
do I book a party? |
|
|
Please
call
us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect time
and party plan. You will need to hold the party with a credit
card, if you decide to cancel for any reason there is a $50.00
non-refundable fee. (Goodie bags are not available at
this time).
We accept Visa,
Mastercard,
Discover and Cash. |

How
far in advance should I book the
party? |
|
|
Friday,
Weekends and
holiday party
times
fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to
call
4-6 weeks in advance to reserve your party. |
|
Do
you require a deposit |
|
|
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to
reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your
party.
|
|
What
is your cancellation or reschedule policy? |
|
|
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14
days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party
(your party must be rescheduled within
3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your
party within 14 days of your party
date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you
cancel or reschedule your party within 48 hours of your party date, you will be
responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your
deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

What
is the proper clothing for the
children
wear? |
|
|
SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. We suggest
bringing extra socks as someone
always forgets to bring them.(We have socks for sale just in case) Long
sleeves
are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks are not allowed as they
will scratch the inflatables. |
|
Can
I bring decorations,
food
into BOUNCES R US? |
|
|
NO
outside food or
beverages can be brought in other than a cake,
cookies, cupcakes, fruit & veggie trays, milk & bottled Water.
These items can only be
brought
in if you have a scheduled party, not during Open Jump. Alcoholic
beverages are never allowed.
You can order pizza and drinks through our facility for your entire
party prior to the day
of
your party.
The party areas are already decorated. Please do not tape
or
tack up any decorations and do not bring confetti, piñatas,
streamers or silly string.
You are allowed to bring Balloons and goodie bags.
Balloons & Goodie bags can be purchased
in advance, see Party Packages.
*You may/will incur a fee of $50.00 if
non-permitted/outside food is
brought to your party.
* Dont forget your candles, cake knife and matches : )
* A variety of concession items are also available for purchase at our
facility. |

Can Adults
play
on the inflatables as well? |
|
|
YES!
Adults are able to
play with
their
children on the inflatables and asked to help their children follow the
safety rules. Parents must wear
socks and
need to remove belts, watches, glasses and any other sharp objects
before
playing on the equipment. (200 lb
weight limit)
|

What
time should everyone arrive prior to
the
party? |
|
|
We
ask that everyone
arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the
start of the party so that we can go over safety rules, collect the REQUIRED waivers
and
provide you with the party instructions. |
|
Are
your inflatables safe
for
smaller children & infants? |
|
|
NO.
Infants under 2 years old should not be on the
inflatables.
Also, parents should please closely monitor their young children while
at BOUNCES R US and make
sure they are
not on inflatables with older kids. We do have a small inflatable area
for the smaller children.
Parents
&
Infants
are FREE with at least
one
paid admission.
(Under 1 Year of Age and as long as they
will not be playing equipment)

Can
we start the party in the party room? |
|
|
Because we’ve found that full tummies and
bouncing don’t mix, our parties begin in the inflatable arena(s). |

Once
in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
|

We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the
inflatable arena(s).
|
|
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
|

Is anyone allowed
admission
to BOUNCES R US? |

BOUNCES
R US is designed for
children
ages 2 to 12 years old. No Children of any age are allowed to enter
unless
accompanied by an adult. No adults can enter unless they are accompanied by a child. |
